SHIPPING & INSURANCE POLICY
All timepieces shipped by The Dial Society are fully insured based on the declared value of the watch at the time of purchase. Insurance coverage is calculated according to the price of the timepiece to ensure complete protection during transit.
Shipping costs are quoted individually and vary based on the destination state and the value of the watch. Final shipping charges will be provided prior to order confirmation.
SPECIAL ORDER SHIPPING
Watches designated as Special Order typically ship within 2–5 business days from the date of purchase. These pieces are sourced directly from our supplier specifically to fulfill your order and may require additional processing time compared to in-stock items.
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPMENT TIMING
All watches listed on our website are available and ready to ship unless otherwise noted. Verified payments received before 4:00 PM (local time) generally ship the same business day. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
PRE-SHIPMENT VERIFICATION
Each timepiece is carefully selected from our inventory and verified against its product listing. All accompanying materials—such as boxes, booklets, and papers—are matched exactly as described.
Prior to shipment, every watch undergoes a final inspection.
DELIVERY & SECURITY
All shipments are securely packaged, fully insured, and require a signature upon delivery. For security purposes, orders are shipped to the billing address associated with the payment method.
PAYMENT TERMS
- Credit card payments are subject to a 4% processing fee, which will be added to the total price of the watch.
- Wire transfer payments include a $25 processing fee.
SALES TAX
The Dial Society collects sales tax where required by law, including applicable shipping and handling fees.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS & DUTIES
We ship to customers worldwide. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that their purchased timepiece can be legally imported into the destination country. Some regions may restrict items containing certain materials.
International customers are responsible for all customs charges, import duties, taxes, and any related fees, even if a shipment is refused or delayed by customs authorities.
