SPECIAL ORDER SHIPPING POLICY
Watches labeled as Special Order will ship within 2–5 business days from the purchase date. These pieces are ordered directly from our supplier to fulfill your request, which may result in a brief processing delay compared to in-stock items.
SHIPMENT TIMING
All watches listed on our website are in stock and ready to ship. Verified payments received before 4:00 PM typically ship the same business day. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
PRE-SHIPMENT PROCESS
Each watch is selected from our inventory and verified against its product listing. All accompanying materials—such as boxes, booklets, and papers—are matched exactly as described.
Before shipment, your watch undergoes a final inspection by our expert watchmakers, who verify:
- Cosmetic condition
- Timing accuracy
- Water resistance (when applicable)
SHIPMENT PROCESS
Every watch is inspected, securely packaged, and shipped via UPS or FedEx. For security purposes, orders are delivered to the billing address associated with the payment method.

All shipments from The Dial Society are fully insured, securely packaged, and require a signature upon delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We ship to more than 60 countries worldwide. Buyers are responsible for ensuring their watch can be legally imported into their destination country. Some regions restrict items containing exotic materials.
SALES TAX
The Dial Society collects sales tax where required by law, including on shipping and handling fees for taxable orders.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International customers are responsible for all customs charges, import duties, taxes, and related fees—even if a shipment is refused. Some countries may apply additional Collect on Delivery (COD) fees collected directly by the carrier.
Customs authorities may occasionally delay or deny delivery. While this is beyond our control, we minimize delays by shipping exclusively with reputable carriers such as UPS and FedEx.
